You will be taught by a high-level professional boxing personal trainer ensuring that you learn from someone with many years of professional experience and skill, who themselves have competed at a high level so really know their stuff.
It provides a rigorous complete body workout that will challenge your fitness levels and stamina, with the great thing being that sessions are easily adapted to suit all levels of fitness, ages and skill levels from beginners to advanced.
What equipment is required?
We provide all the equipment required such as bandages and hand-wraps, so all you have to do is turn up and be ready to be put through your paces with a rigorous workout that will push you to your limit and comprehensively improve all levels of your fitness, stamina and well-being.

How long do sessions last?
Sessions generally last for 1 hour duration at the end of which you will be guaranteed to have had a highly comprehensive and challenging all-body workout.
