What equipment is required?
We provide all the equipment required such as bandages and hand-wraps, so all you have to do is turn up and be ready to be put through your paces with a rigorous workout that will push you to your limit and comprehensively improve all levels of your fitness, stamina and well-being.

There are many different variations on regular boxing that you can try that will mix things up and make your sessions more fun, enjoyable and varied, all of which retain the core principles of boxing that are so effective at improving fitness and health, at Right Path we offer many of them for you:

How long do sessions last?
Sessions generally last for 1 hour duration at the end of which you will be guaranteed to have had a highly comprehensive and challenging all-body workout.
