What equipment will I need?
It can get pretty hot and sweaty in a high-octane spin session so you’d be well advised to bring along a towel and plenty of water to drink during your session.
All our bikes are equipped so that you can use standard trainers or running shoes on the bikes, but all our bikes are also SPD cleat compatible if you happen to take things a little more seriously!
